Please request a nanny via our booking form. Once we have all the details for your requested date, we will launch it to our nannies. When we find an available nanny, you will get an email from us with your proposed nanny. This email will have a photo and a brief bio of your nanny.
When you are happy with your proposed nanny, confirm your nanny with the "Confirm booking" link in your email.
If you are not happy with your proposed nanny, please reach out to Nannysitters via text or email and we are happy to look for another available nanny.
If you no longer require a nanny, please use the "Cancel booking" option in the confirmation email.
Yes, you can request a specific nanny. Just mention the name of the nanny you would like in the booking form and we will reach out to your preferred nanny first!
Families should pay their nanny immediately after each shift, either via cash or e-transfer.
When we find an available nanny, and you confirmed your nanny through the email link. We will charge the agency fee to the credit card on file.
Nannysitters is based in Kelowna. Our main service area is in the Okanagan, this includes Lake Country, Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland. We do offer service in Vernon, Summerland and Penticton, which requires travel compensation, if we do not have a local Nanny available.
Yes, we try our best to accommodate any other locations. Travel compensation may be required. Please reach out about your specific location.
